Refund & Replacement Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable and returnable. We do not refund due to general dissatisfaction or take account of any allergic or skin reaction our customers may have upon usage. In addition to this, we do not offer a refund on these conditions:
  • Product damage by own fault.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Merchandise sold by HQ is non-refundable.
  • Any changes in smell/texture/color are only refundable upon full examination and only if we find it faulty.
  • In case of minor defects, we may refund you via a voucher code that is appropriate to the defect which you may utilize for your next purchase.
